Owen Picha comes from a racing family — his dad, older brothers, and sister all hit the track. When he's not behind the wheel, you can find him playing baseball. He loves junior drag racing and is proud to carry on the family tradition.

STELLA FREEMAN

Stella Freeman is a third-generation drag racer and the youngest in her racing family, following in the footsteps of her grandfather, dad, siblings, and cousins. She started racing in 2025 and took home her first win at the NHRA JDRL Western Conference Finals at Texas Motorplex. Off the track, Stella shines in cheerleading, gymnastics, and theatre, and she brings the same passion and drive to racing.

BRISTOL FLEENOR

Bristol Fleenor comes from a family that lives and breathes drag racing. She kicked off her junior dragster journey in 2024 and is already making waves, reaching the semifinals and soaking up everything she can about the sport. Off the track, Bristol plays on two travel soccer teams, cheers for her local school, and shares a love of live music with her mom. She's also working toward becoming a licensed pilot and has already started logging flight hours.

KYLIE MOCNY

Kylie Mocny is a force on the track, with an impressive list of accomplishments — she’s a 4x track champion, 8x Wally winner, 2024 NHRA D2 Race of Champions winner, and 2024 NHRA D2 Bracket Finals runner-up. But for Kylie, racing is more than trophies. She loves the competition, the weekends spent with her family, and the friendships made along the way. When she’s not behind the wheel, she enjoys crafting, drawing, and soaking up time at the beach.

age 13 | KENTUCKY

SAVANNAH SMITH

Savannah Smith has grown up at the track, watching her dad race NHRA Super Street and dreaming of the day she’d get behind the wheel. That dream became real when she got her half-scale dragster at age five — and after a few years of sitting in it every chance she could, she earned her NHRA license at 8 and began racing at 9. Savannah is moving up to 7.90 this year with a new engine once she turns 13 in May.

She was the Jr Dragster Track Champion at Beech Bend Raceway and was picked to raced at the JDRL Summit Shootout at the Midwest Nationals in 2025. She’s also one of the founding members of This Is Bracket Racing Jr with Luke Bogacki.

Off the track, Savannah plays goalie in soccer, sings in choir, plays the ukelele, loves to draw,  and was part of her school’s leadership team.

COOPER HENRY

2025 Division 1 Champion Cooper Henry knows what it takes to win. Outside of racing, you’ll find him playing baseball or basketball. Cooper is proud to be part of Slick Kids and represent a brand he looks up to on and off the track.

JOURNEY MORELL

Journey Morell started racing Junior Dragsters at just 7 years old and has steadily grown into a standout competitor in the class. Already a back-to-back track champion in 2023 and 2024, 2025 was also a breakout year. In her final season in Junior Thunder (8.90), she took home 6 Wallys and earned her first international Wally in Canada, securing back-to-back wins (2024 and 2025) as D6 ET Finals Junior Thunder Champion.

 

Heading into 2026 as a brand-new Junior Lightning (7.90) racer, Journey is focused on building momentum and continuing her success. Known for her unique electric-powered junior dragster, she stands out in the lanes and sparks curiosity from racers and fans alike. 

 

Outside of racing Journey enjoys reading, data analytics, playing volleyball, musical theater, and rescuing pit bulls. She’s passionate about supporting her fellow junior racers and is known as a positive leader in the junior dragster community. Journey is proud to represent Slick Kids and is excited to continue chasing win lights.

MILA FIGUEROA

Mila Figueroa started racing Junior Dragsters in 2023 and has quickly risen through the ranks, earning multiple wins and podium finishes while competing across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. She races in NHRA and IHRA events and is already ranked among the top drivers in her region. Proudly representing Puerto Rico, Mila is passionate about inspiring other kids from the island to believe in themselves and chase their dreams.

Off the track, Mila competes in cross country and track and field, participates in theater, and runs her own small business. She also plays an important role in supporting junior drivers by coordinating travel and logistics for families racing in the U.S. Mila is proud to represent Slick Kids and be part of a brand that supports young racers on and off the track.

age 13 | GEORGIA

WAYLON BENNETT

Waylon Bennett is a 6x NHRA Champion, 2x National Champion (Eastern Conference Finals and 8 Car National Champion Shootout), and a 17-time Wally winner, with plenty of big wins to his name. Known for his Lightning McQueen Junior Dragster, Waylon is always turning heads, with “McQueen 3.0” currently in the works.

Waylon lives and breathes racing. Whether he’s at the track, watching races, or teaching others about the sport, he’s passionate about growing drag racing and sharing it with others. He regularly shows his car at events, hands out hero cards, and helps promote both himself and his sponsors.

Off the track, Waylon stays busy playing flag football, riding dirt bikes, drifting go-karts, and even building and hosting online races that mirror real tracks. He loves the competition, the lessons the sport teaches, and the friendships made along the way. Waylon is proud to represent Slick Kids and be part of a brand that showcases the future of drag racing.

age 14 | MARYLAND

COLE RUDY

Cole Rudy has been racing since he was 7 years old and recently moved up to the competitive 7.90 class in the 13–17-year-old Junior Dragster division. Raised at the racetrack and surrounded by a tight-knit racing family, Cole is hands-on with every part of the process — from cleaning and maintaining his car to reviewing data, training with coaches from This Is Bracket Racing Jr, and mastering the practice tree. He also recently earned his Jr. Street license and now races a custom-built El Camino, “El Cole,” that he built alongside his dad and grandfather. Off the track, Cole is just as active, from mountain biking and welding to piano lessons, swim team, and participating in his church music program. With dozens of wins, top finishes, and team selections under his belt — including multiple championships and awards across the NHRA, SBRA, and other major series — Cole brings discipline, drive, and heart to every round.

BRIELLA BROWNING

Briella Browning has been racing since the age of 7 and is a 12x Wally winner. She had an incredible 2025 season, earning five championships across both Junior Dragster and Junior Street competition. Her titles include Bradenton 10–12 Track Champion, Gainesville 10–12 Track Champion, NHRA Division 2 Lucas Oil Series 10–12 Champion, Gainesville Junior Street Track Champion, and Division 2 Summit ET Junior Street Champion.

Briella thrives in the competitive nature of racing and embraces every opportunity to push herself. With drag racing in her blood, following in the footsteps of her dad who has been racing since the 1970s, she brings both passion and determination to the track.

Outside of racing, Briella plays on her middle school basketball team. She hopes to be a positive role model for young racers and inspire other kids to get involved in the sport. Briella is proud to represent Slick Kids and the next generation of drag racing.

ABIGAIL COLE

Abigail Cole has been immersed in racing from the very beginning. After attending her first National Event at just 3 years old, she fell in love with the sport, and it’s been a central part of her life ever since. Today, her family travels nearly year-round, with Abigail competing in junior dragsters and karts, while also being involved in multiple aspects of the racing world.

Racing is more than just driving for Abigail. She is passionate about learning every part of the sport, from being behind the wheel to wrenching, marketing, and even announcing. Her education is built around her racing lifestyle, allowing her to grow both on and off the track.

Outside of racing, Abigail is training for her black belt in karate and enjoys reading, cooking, powder coating, and welding. She hopes to help bring more attention to West Coast racers and inspire others to chase their passion. Abigail is proud to represent Slick Kids and be part of a brand whose mission she truly believes in.

age 16 | ARIZONA

LYNE PIPERATA

Lyne Piperata grew up in the shop and at the track as a second-generation doorcar racer. The car world is all she has known, having learned to wrench at an early age. Lyne is hands-on, maintaining and repairing vehicles alongside her father and sister, and she aspires to weld for an NHRA team. She has also started working at Firebird Motorsports Park, which she considers her second home.

Lyne competes in the Division 7 NHRA Summit Series Jr. Street class, where she won her first Wally and was the Jr. Street Class Runner-Up in the 2025 season. Her experiences with both wins and losses have shaped her career, and she can often be found chatting with racers of all ages to listen to their stories and continue learning.

Lyne is proud to represent the Slick Kids team. She constantly promotes the Jr. Street program and encourages younger drivers to get involved. She is passionate about educating her peers on racing safely and the importance of learning car control in a structured environment. Lyne values the responsibility of being a role model, knowing that the next generation of racers is essential to the future of the sport. Without the next generation who will give the ole timers a run for their money <3 

age 16 | PENNSYLVANIA

JJ SCHONBERGER

JJ Schonberger is a third-generation drag racer with a deep family connection to the sport and a drive to match. He captured the Cecil County Dragway Junior Track Championship in 2024 and continues to build momentum as he chases championships in the Mid-Atlantic .90 Junior Series and NHRA Division 1 competition.

JJ will be making his eighth appearance at Bristol’s Eastern Conference Finals, continuing to compete at one of the sport’s biggest stages. Expanding his experience beyond junior dragsters, he also made it to the finals in his first appearance at the Dutch Classic in 2025, driving a 1955 Chevy in Super Stock.

When he’s not at the track, JJ stays just as competitive, playing U-17 soccer and holding a third-degree black belt in MMA.

age 17 | COLORADO

MALLORY SIEVERS

Mallory Sievers began racing at 13 and has been chasing the win light ever since. After earning her license, she finished 2nd place in her first official race at Bandimere Speedway. Mallory has worked hard to overcome nerves and early mistakes, steadily growing her confidence, skills, and love for the sport. She's proud of the progress she’s made and the respect she’s earned from fellow racers. With multiple wins under her belt, a Best Appearing Car award at the Western Conference Finals, and back-to-back runner-up points finishes, Mallory is showing up and proving herself every season. Off the track, she loves camping in the sand dunes and riding RZRs, four-wheelers, and dirt bikes. Mallory knows the importance of sportsmanship, perseverance, and representing herself well in and out of the lanes.

MALIA CURTIS

Malia Curtis has been surrounded by drag racing for as long as she can remember. Growing up at the track, the sounds of engines, the smell of fuel, and the excitement of race day quickly became a second home. Over the years, the sport has brought her not only joy, but lasting memories and meaningful connections with racers, families, and fans who share the same passion.

For Malia, racing is more than just competition. It’s a place where friendships are built, lessons are learned, and sportsmanship matters. As she approaches what may be her final season in juniors, she hopes to continue making connections across the racing community and be someone younger racers can look up to.

Malia is proud to represent Slick Kids and be part of a community that celebrates the next generation of racers on and off the track.

age 18 | WEST VIRGINIA

SOFIE COOPER

Sofie Cooper is a third-generation racer who jumped into the sport later than most — but that didn’t stop her from going all in. She started her journey in the highly competitive PDRA Pro Junior 7.90 index class, and after a tough start, she made a statement by earning her first PDRA win at the finals with a perfect 0.000 light and a 2 total package. Off the track, Sofie is just as driven, working as a photographer and media creator for sports teams at her school and at the track. Her goal is to inspire others by showing that it’s never too late to chase what you love.
